Refund policy

DIGITAL PRODUCTS – NO REFUNDS

All products sold by Mila Resells are digital supplier lists delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a digital product has been delivered to the email address provided during checkout, it is considered received and cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

PAYMENT & DELIVERY EXCEPTIONS

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including:

  • The customer was charged more than once for the same order.
  • Payment was successfully completed, but the digital product was not delivered and the issue cannot be resolved after contacting our support team.

Proof of purchase is required for all refund requests.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and correct email address during checkout, reviewing the product description before purchasing, and ensuring they are purchasing the correct digital product.

NON-DELIVERY

If you have not received your purchase within 24 hours, please first check your spam or junk folder. If the product is still missing, contact us at mila.resells@gmail.com with your order details. We will make every reasonable effort to ensure your digital product is delivered before considering any refund request.
